There will be an Introduction & Informational Gathering to offer us a brief description about their work, their background, their intent as a writer and whatever else they decide to share with us. Authors will be available to sell & sign books afterwards, as well as answer any other questions you may have.

Using Meditation and Creative Writing as Tools for Self-Exploration

This class is for people who want the support and structure to begin writing and for those who are already writing and wanting inspiration.  It offers you an opportunity to explore your interior landscape creatively - the personal experiences, the  longings, the questions, the wisdom you hold, the stories in your bones.  I invite you to let the first word roll from your pen - the rest of them will follow with fluidity, taking you to the heart of where you want to go, giving yourself the freedom to write, to be clear and authentic with your words, to get to your own truth and voice as a writer. The structure of the class includes writing prompts, tips for becoming a better writer, and time for sharing.
