Feronia Wellness Center is a nonprofit holistic health facility uniting wellness providers of all background under one roof, providing a one-stop shopping experience for wellness seekers. We'd love to invite businesses such as: Yoga Practitioners, Life Coaching, Massage, Counseling, Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Reconnective Healing, Crystal Healing, Energywork, Bodywork, Holistic Medicine, Spiritual Services & so much more.

Monthly Office Rentals
11 offices available in various sizes for Active Members, Sustaining Members & Sponsors.

Rent includes: your own private office, heat & electric, display space for retail products in our lobby, use of classroom, free participation in events & gatherings, receptionist/appointment scheduling (starting Jan 1 2012).

Standard office rentals vary from $180-$420/month, depending on office size. To help you start your business smoothly, we offer a graduating rental for your first 6 months in business:

Months 1 & 2: 50% OFF

Month 3: 40% OFF

Month 4: 30% OFF

Month 5: 20% OFF

Month 6: 10% OFF
Month 7: Standard Office Rent

Hourly Office Rental
1 furnished office available for All FWO Members

Do you like the idea of working with a group, but not feeling ready to rent your own office yet? We have an office that is available on an hourly basis as well. This office is equipped with a desk & two office chairs for consultations, as well as a massage table for bodywork. We offer this room to any wellness provider on an hourly basis with the fees as follows:

FWO Weekly Volunteers: 90/10% Commission Split

FWO Monthly Volunteers: 80/20% Commission Split

FWO Members: 70/30% Commission Split

Non-members 60/40% Commission Split

If you are offering complimentary sessions or barters, the costs are:

FWO Members: $5/hr

Non-members: $10/hr

Hourly Classroom Rental
1 Classroom Available for All Members

We also have a classroom that can seat up to 40 theatre-style, 30 circle-style, 20 at tables and 10 on yoga mats. We offer this room to any wellness instructor on an hourly basis for:

FWO Weekly Volunteers: 90/10% Commission Split

FWO Monthly Volunteers: 80/20% Commission Split

FWO Members: 70/30% Commission Split

Non-members 60/40% Commission Split

If you are offering complimentary classes or free presentations, the costs are:

FWO Members: $10/hr

Non-members: $20/hr
